Descrizione: Today’s track of the day comes back from the old skool.  An old classic that hit the mainstream and start of the hip hop scene, T-Ski Valley’s “Catch the Beat” has now hit the house circuit.  With an ongoing popularity of r & b and hip hop influenced samples hitting the tech/deep house scene, it is no suprise that this track was given a house spin.  Swiss DJ, Sam Geiser aka Deetron was first introduced to me by Joris Voorn.  A long time producer, Deetron has really making a name for himself over the last 2 years with with his latest production “Starblazer/Solar Surge” getting big play by industry leaders.  Also a big remix for Ben Westbeech “Falling”.  Deetron has taken this track and was able to give an 80′s disco vibe that will have you shaking your feet and rollkerskating around the dance floor! Considerazioni personali: Come nel vino anche nella musica il Natale ha le sue regole e tradizioni  ben precise.
In questi 10 giorni di feste infatti non importa se saremo in macchina, a casa di amici o in un club; canti di Natale e Disco Music (Revival) bombarderanno le nostre orecchie senza alcuna pietà!!!
Vi lascio immaginare il tempo che ho perso e le chiacchiere spese con amici addetti ai lavori per tovare una release che sia fedele a tali  tradizioni musicali  e allo stesso modo in  linea con l'impronta artistica data a questo blog.
Fortunamente come nelle migliori partite a carte all'ultima mano mi è entrato il jolly che in tal caso ha la faccia di Deetron con il remix dell'omonimo disco di T-Sky Valley, artista tra i padri della scena hip hop inseme a Afrika Bambataa e la Sugar Hill Gang.
Caratteristica unica del brano è la perfetta armonia tra la ritmica old school disco e  sinth e pattern Deep House altamente in voga in questo periodo.
Amici Dj non esitate a metterla durante i vostri set natalizi o come traccia di chiusura.
